A seasoned entrepreneur with over three decades of experience. Ms. Bowers is a visionary leader in driving revenue for the firm. Over the years, she has founded seven successful companies, leveraging her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Over her expansive career, she has overseen more than 1500 contractors in a diversity of fields including finance, healthcare, professional staffing, and placement. Her passion for high quality service, and a proven track record of accomplishment has been her market signature. Ms. Bowers is an avid supporter and lover of fine arts. She is also a gourmet cook and an accomplished painter in her own right.
Major General Roger R. Blunt (USA Ret.) is an African-American Service Disabled Veteran who retired from the US Army after a distinguished thirty-year career. He is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the US Military Academy at West Point. Upon graduation, he received a commission in the US Army Corps of Engineers. He holds Masters Degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is registered professionally in the District of Columbia. He also holds a Doctorate of Public Service Degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He is Chairman of The Bluestone Group, LLC and provides strategic direction.
C. John Klein, III, P.E. is a licensed Professional Engineer who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Klein worked in federal civil service for the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Us Environmental Protection Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. He managed several large civil works projects addressing the planning and development of coastal infrastructure to include: port development, coastal erosion control, flood control, water supply, and water dependent facilities both domestically and internationally. He is the Chief Science Officer of The Bluestone Group, LLC.
Major General (USA, Ret.) Phillip Churn Sr, is a senior executive leader with extensive national and international experience in leading security, sales, and manufacturing operations for Fortune 500 companies and the United States Armed Forces. He is a native of Washington, DC, he retired from the US Army after thirty–seven years of distinguished and honorable service to the Nation in April 2019. He holds a Masters degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. He culminated his military career as the Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for Reserve Matters; and Commanding General of the 200th Military Police Command. His civilian career spans over 15 years with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co, where he held numerous positions from: Commercial Truck Tire Center Manager; Quality Control/Technical Support Engineer; Product Manager for Retread Systems; and Strategic Account Representative. He is a 2019 recipient of the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor Award. He is the Founder, CEO, and President of SYZYGY International, a security and management consulting company.
Jose J. Colon, Sr. has over 25 years of combined experience in law enforcement administration and executive leadership, including criminal investigation and EMS/911 operations. He provides direction on major construction developments during design, implementation, and review of security operations based on best practices/standards. He also provides oversight direction in areas of Information and Intellectual property protection utilizing cutting-edge technologies and standards of Cybersecurity. He is fluent in Spanish.
